1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the DevWeb Themes software store (devthemes.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.
2. Digital Goods and Delivery
DevWeb Themes is an independent digital software business owned and operated by Hastings Nyirongo, a Malawian software developer based in South Africa. DevWeb Themes develops, publishes and sells its own digital products and services directly to customers. It does not currently operate a third-party vendor marketplace.
- Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate digital access to your purchased files via your Customer Dashboard.
- License Issuance: Every purchase grants a specific, non-transferable license (see our License Agreement) and generates a unique cryptographic token used to validate your installation.
3. User Accounts and Security
To purchase items, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Ensuring that the email address associated with your account remains active and accessible, as it is used for critical security notifications and license recovery.
DevWeb Themes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious activity, violate our Acceptable Use Policy, or engage in license sharing.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, source code, design assets, brand logos, and written documentation hosted on the software store remain the exclusive intellectual property of DevWeb Themes, except for third-party components expressly identified in the product documentation. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of the intellectual property itself.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users of our software store strictly agree not to:
- Sublicense, resell, redistribute, or share purchased source code archives publicly or privately (e.g., on forums, torrent sites, or GitHub).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or nullify our cryptographic license validation servers.
- Use our software to build platforms that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or malicious exploits.
- Employ automated scraping tools to extract product data or user information from our website.
6. Limitation of Liability
The software provided on DevWeb Themes is delivered "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. In no event shall DevWeb Themes, its owner, contractors, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use, or inability to use, the purchased software.
