Respecting Intellectual Property
DevWeb Themes strictly respects the intellectual property rights of creators and operates in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright laws. We require all users and authors on our platform to do the same.
1. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, distributed, or hosted on our software store in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated copyright agent.
Your notice MUST include:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on
devthemes.comwhere the allegedly infringing material is located. - Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Counter-Notices
If you believe a DMCA notice was filed against your product in error, you may submit a formal Counter-Notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury asserting your right to use the material.
3. Repeat Infringers
DevWeb Themes maintains a strict "three-strikes" policy. Accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights will be permanently terminated without the possibility of appeal or refund.
