- Malicious Software: Phishing sites, malware, ransomware, trojans, or exploit kits.
- Abusive Systems: Unsolicited spam networks, aggressive scraping engines, DDoS coordination tools, or abusive automated messaging bots.
- Harmful Content: Platforms promoting violence, terrorism, illegal discrimination, child exploitation, or illegal substances.
- Fraudulent Operations: Ponzi schemes, HYIP (High Yield Investment Programs) without legal regulation, or deceptive financial scams.
2. Software Store Integrity
When interacting with our software store, you agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our licensing servers or payment gateways.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse our technical support staff.
- Leave artificially malicious or defamatory reviews.
3. Enforcement and Termination
DevWeb Themes actively monitors licensing endpoints. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that a domain utilizing our software is in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately revoke the cryptographic license token, rendering the software inactive.
- Terminate your DevWeb Themes account without refund.
- Report the offending deployment to relevant hosting providers and law enforcement agencies.
