Donation and Refund Policy

We are grateful for every gift made to FaithChurch Pro Demo. Donations support the ministry purposes, programmes and funds described on the giving page.

Donation processing

Online donations are processed through the payment method selected by the donor. A donation is treated as complete only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.

Designated funds

Where a donor selects a specific fund or campaign, we will make reasonable efforts to apply the donation to that purpose. If a project is completed, cancelled or fully funded, the church may apply remaining funds to a closely related ministry purpose where permitted by applicable law.

Refund requests

Donations are generally voluntary and non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, duplicated, processed for the wrong amount or appears to be unauthorised, contact us promptly through the contact form on this website. Refund requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to payment-provider rules, applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

Payment fees and timing

Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the original payment provider and financial institution. Any fees that cannot lawfully or technically be reversed may affect the final refunded amount where permitted.

Receipts

Where available, the website or payment provider may issue an electronic acknowledgement or receipt. Donors are responsible for obtaining independent advice about tax treatment in their jurisdiction.
